WhatsApp doesn’t connect to Google Calendar, Outlook or your CRM by itself: to do that you need the WhatsApp Business API, an automation such as Zapier or Make, or an assistant to act as the bridge. Questions about connecting apps to WhatsApp
Can I connect an app to WhatsApp without coding?
Yes. With Ugo you don’t write code or set up automations: you create your account, link your WhatsApp number and sign in to the app (Google, Microsoft, your CRM) on the portal. From then on you message Ugo on WhatsApp as you would a colleague.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. You message Ugo from your regular WhatsApp or from WhatsApp Business, on your phone, on WhatsApp Web or in the desktop app. Ugo has its own number: you don’t need to change yours.
