An app for cosmetic surgeons has to cope with split days: consultations in your rooms in the morning, surgery at a hospital in the afternoon, follow-ups the next day. That’s why Ugo works on WhatsApp: type or send a voice note between commitments, and it uses the diary, email, contacts and folders you’ve connected.
Many patients take the first step with a message: they ask how much it costs, when you can see them, where your rooms are. After the consultation come the quote, the information documents, the tests to arrange, the date at the hospital. After surgery, follow-ups at precise intervals. It’s a chain of appointments and messages that, if it breaks, lands on you and your secretary.
Ugo doesn’t make assessments, doesn’t give advice on treatments and doesn’t comment on results or photos: that’s for the consultation, with you. It doesn’t write promotional copy and doesn’t connect to your clinical records software. It looks after the organising: it books and moves appointments, fills in your quote templates, sends the documents you prepared and reminds you of follow-ups. Everything it sends or creates goes out after your “Confirm”.
