It’s not just another auto-reply
WhatsApp Business away messages always say the same thing. Ugo reads the request and uses your tools to give a real answer.
Ugo is an artificial intelligence assistant that works inside WhatsApp. You connect it to the tools you use for work, such as your calendar, email, contacts, documents and CRM, then you message it or send a voice note just as you would a colleague. It replies, gets things ready and only acts after you tap “Confirm”.
Ugo isn’t an app to install and it isn’t a generic chatbot. It’s a WhatsApp contact that knows your tools: it tells you what appointments you have tomorrow, finds the quote you sent a customer, summarises the emails that matter, creates the opportunity in your CRM and works out the route between two visits. It runs on the phone you already use, in the app you already use.
Ugo works in two ways. The first is with you: you ask it for things in the chat and it does them with your accounts. The second is with your customers: with automations on your WhatsApp Business number, it replies to people who message you, asks the right questions, books appointments and only lets you know when it needs to.
Every action that changes something, such as sending an email or a message, creating an appointment or editing a file, is shown to you first and only goes ahead when you tap “Confirm”. The servers and database are in Frankfurt, and Ugo uses Anthropic’s Claude language models.
Ugo’s abilities are called skills: you switch them on in the portal, one for each tool.

Ugo suggests, you confirm. Important actions only go ahead once you say OK, even when you ask for them by voice.
It doesn’t send bulk messages: it replies to you and, with automations, to people who have messaged you, within WhatsApp’s rules.
A message typed in a hurry: Ugo checks your calendar, finds the email and drafts the reply. You tap a button.
