Can Ugo add contacts?
No. The Google Contacts and Outlook Contacts skills are read-only. To create or update contacts you can use a connected CRM, such as HubSpot, Odoo or Zoho CRM.
Does Ugo read the contacts saved on my phone?
No. Ugo reads the contacts in your Google or Microsoft account, not your phone’s. If your phone syncs contacts with Google, you’ll find them there too.
