Connect your documents to WhatsApp
Find a file, find out what’s inside and prepare a document with a message, from Google Drive or OneDrive.
Searching for a document on your phone, among dozens of folders, is slow. With Ugo you ask in the chat for the file you need, have it summarise what’s in it and, if needed, prepare a new one.
Ugo works with Google Drive (documents, spreadsheets and PDFs) and with OneDrive, Word and Excel on Microsoft 365. You can limit it to a single folder, so it only sees what you decide.
The guides
How to connect Google Drive to WhatsApp
Google Drive has no direct connection to WhatsApp. The simplest way is Ugo, an AI assistant with its own WhatsApp number: sign in with your Google account on the portal, choose the folder it can work in, and from then on you ask it in the chat what your files say and have it create documents, once you confirm.

Can Ugo see all my files?
Only if you want it to. On the portal you can choose a folder: Ugo works only inside it and its subfolders.
Can it create documents?
Yes, once you confirm. On Google Drive it creates folders and documents, from a template too; on OneDrive it creates Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
