Questions about where to use Ugo
Does Ugo work if my job isn’t on the list?
Almost always, yes. Ugo works with tools everyone uses, such as calendars, email, documents, CRMs and maps. The pages for each trade are examples: if yours isn’t there, get in touch and we’ll show you how to use it in your case.
Can I use Ugo outside Italy?
Yes. Ugo replies in the language you write to it in, and the portal is in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. Maps work everywhere.
Does it work offline?
Ugo works through WhatsApp, so your phone needs a connection. If you send a message with no signal, WhatsApp delivers it as soon as you’re back online and Ugo replies then.
Do I need a computer?
Only for the initial setup in the portal, and you can do that from your phone too. After that you use Ugo from the WhatsApp app.
