At a winery, a brewery or a water and soft drinks company, requests all arrive on WhatsApp. The restaurant wants the sheet for the Bacchus for the new wine list, the supermarket buyer asks for the summer promotional price list, the German importer is waiting for the analyses for the samples, the rep sends an order on the way out of the wine shop, the haulier says the artic will arrive an hour early. The answers are somewhere else: in the winemaker’s folders, in the ERP, in emails, in the allocations spreadsheet.
Ugo is a contact on WhatsApp connected to the tools the company already uses: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, email, contacts, folders on Drive or OneDrive, a CRM such as HubSpot or Odoo, monday.com for projects. Everyone uses it from their own phone, with their own accounts: sales for customers, the export manager for importers, the winery or brewhouse for bottling and maintenance, hospitality for visits. With Automations on the company’s WhatsApp Business, Ugo also replies to customers and visitors, asks for whatever is missing and alerts the right person.
Ugo doesn’t replace your alcohol duty software, your bonded warehouse records or your production system, and it doesn’t sign documents on behalf of the winemaker or the quality manager. It finds, summarises, prepares and reminds. Every email, message or document goes out only after your “Confirm”.
