Connect your calendar to WhatsApp
Ask what you’ve got on tomorrow and book new appointments with a message, without opening your calendar. Choose yours and follow the guide.
The calendar is the first thing people connect to WhatsApp, because it’s what you check most often: between clients, in the car, before replying to someone who wants an appointment. With Ugo you ask in the chat and get the answer in one line.
Ugo works with Google Calendar (Google Workspace too) and with the Outlook calendar on Microsoft 365. It reads the appointments in the calendars you choose and creates new ones once you confirm.
The guides
How to connect Google Calendar to WhatsApp
Google Calendar has no direct connection to WhatsApp. The simplest way is Ugo, an AI assistant with its own WhatsApp number: sign in with your Google account on the Ugo portal, choose your calendars, and from then on you ask it in the chat what appointments you have and have it create new events, once you confirm.

Can I connect both Google Calendar and Outlook?
Yes. The two skills are independent: you can switch both on from the portal and ask Ugo about the appointments in both calendars.
Does Ugo move or delete appointments?
Not yet: it reads your diary and creates new appointments once you confirm, but it doesn’t change or delete existing ones.
