Last updated: 18 October 2026

This cookie policy explains how Bagubits srls (Via Carlo Chiapello 1, 12100 Cuneo, Italy, VAT IT03872360049) uses cookies and similar technologies on ciaougo.com and on the portal app.ciaougo.com. For everything else, see the Privacy policy. The Italian version of this policy prevails in case of differences.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves on your device to remember information: for example that you are logged in, or which choice you made on the banner. The browser can also save similar information in its local storage (localStorage): on this page we treat it like cookies.

There are technical cookies, needed for the site to work, which require no consent, and analytics or profiling cookies, which we only use if you accept them.

The cookies we use

ciaougo.com

Name	Type	What it does	Set by	Duration
ugo-cookie-consent (localStorage)	Technical	Remembers whether you accepted or rejected statistics	Bagubits	6 months, then we ask again
_ga, _ga_JQGQZQH703	Analytics	Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, time spent, where visitors come from, device	Google Ireland Ltd (privacy policy)	2 years

Google Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept” on the banner: until you choose, Google’s code is not even loaded. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising and we do not share the data with other Google services for advertising purposes.

app.ciaougo.com

The portal only uses technical cookies, needed to log you in and protect your account:

Name	What it does	Duration
ugo-session	Keeps you logged in while you use the portal	2 hours of inactivity
XSRF-TOKEN	Protects forms from forged requests	2 hours
remember_web_…	Keeps you logged in if you choose “Remember me”	Up to 400 days, or until you log out

The portal has no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Cookie banner: on your first visit to ciaougo.com you can accept or reject statistics, just as easily. Closing the banner with the X counts as rejecting.
• Changing your mind: at the bottom of every page of the site there is a “Cookie preferences” link that opens the banner again. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
• Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you block technical cookies, the portal does not work.
• Google’s browser add-on: you can also turn off Google Analytics on every site with the browser add-on.

Changes

If the cookies we use change, we will update this page and, if needed, ask for your consent again.
