What is Ugo?
Ugo is an artificial intelligence assistant that works on WhatsApp. It connects to your work tools (calendar, email, contacts, documents on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) and does what you ask in the chat: it tells you what appointments you have, replies to emails, prepares documents, finds businesses and routes. Before any important action, it asks you to confirm.
Do I need to install a new app?
No. Ugo works on WhatsApp, the app you already use. You sign up on the portal, verify your number and connect the tools you want; from then on you message Ugo like any other contact.
How much does Ugo cost?
Ugo costs €50 a month per person, or €550 a year per person, excl. VAT. Every feature is included and you can cancel anytime.
Can Ugo do things without my permission?
No. Ugo can read and look things up, but any action that changes something (sending an email, creating an appointment, editing a file, sending a message) is shown to you first, and only goes ahead when you tap “Confirm”.
Does it work with Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365?
Yes. Ugo connects to Google Calendar, Google Contacts and Google Drive, to Outlook (mail, calendar and contacts), OneDrive, Word and Excel in Microsoft 365, and to any mailbox via IMAP and SMTP. It also works with CRM and business software such as Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Agile CRM, monday.com and Zendesk.
Where is my data stored?
Ugo’s application and database are on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Ugo only accesses the tools you connect, and you can disconnect them at any time from the portal.
